Shipping policy

Current TOT (turn over time) is within 2-3 business days, though most of the packages leave our warehouse near Seattle, WA within 2 days

We no longer offers shippings via USPS, due to delays and regulations. All domestic shipping is available via UPS. If you absolutely need your package shipped by USPS (PO boxes or absurd delivery surcharge by UPS), email us. We will ship it via USPS and refund the difference of shipping fee should there be any. Please note that due to increase in postage, both UPS and USPS charges same amount in normal shipping prices.

Once the package leave our lab, we cannot be responsible for the packages as we have no control over the shipping courier. However, we do everything we can to help you, so please email us should you need to file a claim for your package.

Shippings include up to $100 insurance. We do offer additional shipping insurance in case your order exceeds $100. We dont keep this, but is paid to UPS to insure packages for additional value. Shipping courier will only reimburse over $100 when you actually purchase additional insurance. In case you need to file a claim, please contact us so that we can help you with the service at info@briixfragrances.com

 

CANADA SHIPPING
NO PO BOX ADDRESS without street address please!

Shipping to Canada is only available via UPS ground, and we will take care of all the paperwork required for customs. However, we do not collect custom duties and fees upon checkout and it is buyer’s responsibility to cover the fees once it passes custom. 


Please check your tracking with UPS, as you can easily pay online once the tariff custom fees are calculated. If you refuse the custom fees and comes back to us, we will refund minus the shipping fees and any unpaid custom fees that incurred during shipment.


NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS AVAILABLE VIA AIR.

Although we have tried to set up the account for international air shipment, the weekly mandatory fees on top of pick up fees are not feasible for our small business at this time.
Should there be any changes, we will make an announcement. Until further notice, please use mail forwarding service as we are happy to ship your package to your designated address within CONUS.
