Welcome to BRIIX FRAGRANCES, born out of passion, inspiration, and love for scent merriment. All of our fragrances are hand-blended using finest-grade raw materials including aroma-chemicals (synthetics) and naturals (absolutes, CO2, tinctures, and essential oils).

Perfumes have always been a close companion of mine. I remember my youth dressing up and rummaging through my grandmother’s vanity dresser to apply her red lipsticks and spray her “precious elixir” as she called it. I adored my grandmother, whom always dressed to posh fashion, smelling like an elegant queen in her Chanel No.5. And naturally came the deep fondness for fragrances.

Being a science geek majoring in Chemistry and Biology, skincare beauty and perfume were always fascinating subject of mine. Due to circumstances, I’ve taken my career path in the medical field for stability and security, though my love of fragrances never ceased. I’ve found joy in collecting perfumes, buying decants and samples of niche houses to test them and evaluate them on my leisure time. But, that was never enough for me. I yearned to learn about perfumery and to create my own fragrances that I can share with people of same interests.

That is how our fragrance house was born! The name of our brand comes from Degrees Brix (symbol °Bx), a measurement of the dissolved solids in a liquid, and is commonly used to measure dissolved sugar content of an aqueous solution [from Wikipedia].

I'm a sweet tooth in nature and infatuated by gourmand scents, though I also greatly enjoy cozy musks, tranquil woods, and refreshing fruity notes. I love making fun, interesting accords and unique fragrance notes expressed in fantasy themed perfumes.

All of our scents are permanent, with an exceptions to when the key raw materials are no longer available from the suppliers. I will try to do my best to reformulate to the closest match to originals, in case the raw materials are no longer obtainable. Our goal is to provide you with the fine-fragrances you will cherish over the years, and be transparent and accessible at all times.
