FAQ

Our Perfumes:

All of our perfumes are hand-blended using finest quality materials including aroma chemicals (synthetics) and naturals (essential oils, CO2s, absolutes, and tinctures). They are blended with perfumer's alcohol and macerated up to a month before shipped out to you.

Absolutely no pre-made fragrance oils are used in any of our compositions.

IFRA guidelines are strictly followed to ensure your safety. All fragrances are cruelty-free and vegan, with the exceptions of few blends which will be denoted by * in the product page in the case we used materials such as Butter CO2, beeswax absolute, milk lactone, etc.

All perfumes in the size of 15ml and up comes in high quality thick-glass bottles with gift box with our logo. They are manufactured slightly bigger to allow small air space on top to ensure that the sprayer is working properly. Please don't be alarmed if you see empty space between the fill lines and the bottle as all of the perfumes are filled at or slightly above the size of your purchase.

Perfumes may be colored or cloudy due to natural materials used. It is more so with the blend that contains high number of naturals. This is completely normal. Some that includes natural vanillas may darken over time.

Even though our perfumes go through maceration process prior to bottling, it will get better with age. If you find your perfume lacks in projection or longevity, please give some time for it to mature longer as they are rigorously tested with the concentration at Extrait de Parfum strength.

 Return/Exchange Policy:

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products purchased. We will work with you to resolve any issues arise in the case with our products, however, we cannot be responsible for missing or stolen packages in transit. 

Please consider sampling before purchasing big bottles, if you have not tried our perfumes prior, in case you are not satisfied with the scent.  Scent is very subjective, and our skin chemistry reactions to the perfume compositions are vastly different. We offer 2ml samples for all of our perfume collections.

Shipping:

All items are shipped in the order it was received. Shipping labels are created when your order is ready to be shipped.

In the case you need to combine shipping on multiple orders, please email us at info@briixfragrances.com and we will combine your orders and refund additional shipping cost occurred.  Please note that your orders will be pushed to the last date of your order (not first) in the case you require combined shipping.

In the case the order cannot be fulfilled due to various reasons, we will contact you promptly to resolve any issues.
