Unfortunately, we have determined that more testings are warranted for all scents with chocolate accord, including Cozy Winter, Whipped Temptation, and Midnight Illusion. Our chocolate accord use lots of naturals, and none of them are soluble in oils. While they are not soluble, they do impart aromas.  However, we have found that the scent is continuing to become more bitter after maceration and starts to age. While we will continue to test them for oil release, the deadline for finished product is undetermined.
